Please read the terms and conditions in full to ensure a fuss free and enjoyable shopping experience with evryy. 

By ordering any products listed on our website known as www.evry-y.com (“Website”), you agree that you have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions set forth below. By shopping at evryy, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. Please make sure that you have understood the Terms before placing your order. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. If you have any inquiries, you may contact our customer service at evryy.official@gmail.com or +601-26265562 for further clarification.

GENERAL 

  • evryy's business hours are Mondays to Fridays,11am - 7pm, excluding weekends and local (MY) public holidays.

ORDERING FROM EVRYY ONLINE STORE

  • When you place an order with evryy, you are making an offer to order, which if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. evryy reserves the right not to accept or process your order without reason. 

  • Kindly ensure that the correct product(s), size, colour and personal details have been entered correctly before checking out. evryy is unable to amend any or consolidate any orders, which were separately made once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event of wrong colours/sizes being selected, or if duplicated orders have been placed. 

  • Kindly ensure that the recipient name, contact and address is correctly stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect addresses may result in lost or delayed delivery. A fee will apply for re-delivery if the parcel is returned. 

  • All prices are final upon checkout. 

  • Please take note that item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment. 

  • evryy reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as: 

    • Product is no longer available in stock 

    • Payment is not completed within 24 hours from the issue of order invoice 

    • Authorisation of payment not obtained and/or any suspection of fraudulent activity

  • Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors (including processing errors) may occur. Despite payment made, if we discover an error in the price or the product which you have ordered is no longer available, we will inform you of this within three (3) working days from the date of order placement and give you the option of reconfirming your order or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If the order is canceled and you have already paid for the product, you will receive a full refund within seven (7) working days subject to our Refund Policy as set forth below.  

  • This Website may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on the erroneous or inaccurate information on the Website, including, without limitation,errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or delivery policies. 

  • Products will not be made available for resale purposes and any orders suspected to have characteristics of reselling will not be accepted. To protect our intellectual property rights, we reserve the absolute discretion to cancel all subsequent orders from the same customer who is involved in any suspected resale of our products for personal or business profit. 

  • To place an order with us, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. 

PAYMENT

  • Payment can only be accepted Online. 

  • Orders will be cancelled automatically if no payment is made within 24 hours upon order placing.

  • With making your payment on www.evry-y.com, you undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the products will be correct, that the credit or debit card, or account or other payment method which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the products. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the products. 

  • We respect your privacy, please view our Privacy Policy which is available at https://www.evry-y.com/pages/privacy-policy before placing your order. 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

  • Full payment is required upfront for all item(s) including pre-order item(s). Please kindly be advised that all pre-order item(s) purchases are final. Pre-order items can not be canceled or refunded. 

  • Pre-ordered item(s) are being shipped approximately 14-21 days after order is being placed, however, schedule may vary due to supplier and shipping unforeseen circumstances. 

  • For delayed pre-orders, cancellation of orders is not possible. 

  • If pre-ordered item(s) are out of stock, a full refund will be issued accordingly. 

  • If your order consists of both in-stock and pre-order item(s), your order will only be shipped once all items have arrived. If you would like your in-stock item(s) to be dispatched first, kindly opt for a separate order at checkout. 

DELIVERY

  • We will always work hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible. 

  • Order Processing Time - from the day we receive your order to dispatching.

    • In-stock order: within 1-3 business days upon payment verification 

    • Pre-order: around 14 business days (or more depending on suppliers, shipping and customs situation)

  • All orders are shipped from Malaysia. Final amount paid at checkout will be the total amount of your order plus delivery charges to your delivery address. Delivery charges will be shown during the checkout process. 

  • Deliveries will be fulfilled by 3rd party courier services (DHL E-commerce) from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. 

  • Tracking number will be provided within 24 hours from dispatch. Once the parcel is picked up by the third-party courier services, the tracking details will be updated. 

  • For orders that include pre-order items, all items in the same order will be shipped out together only when all items are ready. 

  • Please ensure that your shipping information is correctly filled. evryy is not responsible for packages that are shipped to incorrect addresses. 

  • When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. evryy does not bear any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply. As customs policies and import duties varies, we are unable to advise the amount payable for the parcel until it reaches the destination country. Please check with your local customs and import authority for more details regarding this matter. 

  • The price of the products displayed on the Website is excluding additional delivery costs and taxes imposed by the respective authorities which shall be borne by you separately. You may refer to our standard shipping fees available at www.evry-y.com for further information. 

    • West Malaysia: Flat rate of RM7.00 

    • East Malaysia: Flat rate RM16.00 

  • Orders are shipped out according to order numbers. 

  • All shipping charges will be calculated automatically at the checkout page.

  • In the event of any loss of parcels, evryy shall assist in claiming back funds. Once the refund (from the courier company) is cleared, we will make a refund in the form of store credits. 

  • For international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

EVRYY ONLINE STORE EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

  • Please kindly refer to our exchanges and refund page on https://www.evry-y.com/pages/refund-policy for more information.

  • Please note that evryy does not currently offer free returns or exchanges on the products based on selection error, change of size, or change of mind. 

  • For FAULTY and DAMAGED ITEMS: Each order that is sent out is subject to strict quality inspections during the packing process. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or defective product, if you do, please send us an email at evryy.official@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, (from the date you receive your parcel) including your order number, photograph clearly showing the damage, and a brief description of the fault. We will review your case and sort you out as quickly as possible. 

  • Items are deemed to be faulty if they are damaged upon receipt. Items that are damaged through wear and tear, accident or misuse are not considered to be faulty. 

  • If items are deemed to be faulty, you will have the option for a replacement of the item (depending on stock availability), or a cash refund via your original payment method. 

  • To process your refund, you need to fill in the Refund Form provided by us. Please contact our customer service at evryy.official@gmail.com or  to facilitate refund. 

  • Please allow fourteen (14) working days for us to process your refund upon receipt of your Refund Form with complete personal particulars. You will receive a transfer slip from us once the refund instruction is submitted to the bank. 

  • Please take note that you shall be responsible for shipping the original product to our office located at 100-7.013, Block J2, 129 Offices, The School, Jaya One, No 72A, Jalan Prof. Diraja Ungku Aziz, Petaling Jaya, 46200 Selangor, Malaysia prior to the exchange of product. 

  • The delivery of the exchanged product after receipt of your original product shall be subjected to our standard Delivery Policy as provided herein. 

MEASUREMENT / REPRESENTATION OF ITEM 

  • Measurements stated may vary ± 3cm. In this case, it will not be considered as a defect and no exchanges will be accepted. 

  • For printed items, please note that placement of prints may differ for every piece due to the cut of the fabric unless stated. Colours shown may have slight variants on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. Requests for return due to such reasons will be rejected. 

  • Items with slight imperfections (uneven stitching, minor loose thread, minor stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • This website is provided “as is” without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, with regard to information accessed from or via this website, including without limitation, all content and materials and functions provided on this website, all of which are provided without warranty of any kind, including but not limited to warranties concerning the availability, accuracy, completeness or usefulness of content or information, uninterrupted access and any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that this website or its functioning or the content and material of the services made available thereby will be timely, secure, uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the servers that make this website available are free of viruses or other harmful components. 

  • All access to and use of this website and any use of the documents provided on it and their contents is at the user’s own and sole risk and you assume full responsibility for any costs associated with the use of this website. To the extent permitted by law, we and/or third parties involved in the design, implementation or provision of this website shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use or application of the information available on this website, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action. We make no (implied) (contractual) representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this information, documents and software.

  • Information on this website may only be downloaded, displayed or used for non-commercial, personal use. This includes all texts, images, sound and films. It is not permitted to distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, forward or use the content of the site for public or commercial purposes without any written permission, unless individual content is expressly authorized for such uses. The same applies to any patents, technologies, products, processes or other protected rights and/or third parties.

  • Moreover, the use of this website does not grant, explicitly, implicitly, or in any other way, a license or right to use intellectual property rights contained on this website. Any unauthorized use is expressly prohibited.

  • The rights and obligations arising from these Terms are not transferable – whether in part or in full – to third parties without any prior consent.

  • We do not vouch for the fact that the material displayed on the website does not infringe the rights of third parties.

  • We reserve the absolute discretion to amend any terms and conditions contained herein at any time we deem fit and appropriate and all amendments will be published onto the Website. Your continued usage of the Website and placement of order will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of these amendments (if any).

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia and you hereby agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
