Here are some things to take note while shopping with us.

We prioritise comfort and quality. All our collections are sourced and manufactured in South Korea. As we're a start-up clothing brand, there are lots for us to learn, we thank you all in advance for your patience and kind understanding with us. 

Ready Stock Items

  • evryy online store consists of ready-stock and pre-order items. 
  • For ready-stock items, orders will be processed and shipped after payment is received. It will take around 1-3 business days. 
  • A tracking link will be updated to your order page to track your parcel. 
  • There will be a possibility of restock for sold out ready-stock items (depending on suppliers), announcement will be made on our website and social media if that item(s) are available for pre-order. 

Pre - Order Items

  • Pre-order item(s) are usually open for customers to place order for a period of 5-7 days. 
  • A pre-order end date will be listed on the website for that specific item or collection. 
  • Full payment is required upfront for all item(s) including pre-order item(s). Please kindly be advised that all pre-order item(s) purchases are final, and can not be cancelled or refunded. 
  • We will try our best to fulfill your orders and we hope you receive them as soon as possible, however, timeline will be affected by delays with suppliers, shipping and customs. We thank you in advance for your patience and kind understanding. Shipping estimated date for pre-order item(s) are around 14-21 business days.
  • For delayed pre-orders, cancellation of orders are not possible. 
  • If the pre-order item(s) are out of stock (from supplier side), a full refund from evryy will be issued accordingly. 
  • If your order consists of both in-stock and pre-order item(s), your order will only be shipped once all items have arrived. If you would like your in-stock item(s) to be dispatched first, kindly opt for a separate order at checkout. 


PAYMENT

  • Payment for your orders are available to be made via Bank Transfer, FPX Online Banking and Credit Cards. 
  • For Bank Transfer Details:

    • Kindly key in your order number as reference ID for payment
  • Kindly upload your transfer receipt to your order page once payment is done. 
  • We are working hard to get more payment methods available on our website, thank you for your patience and kind understanding. 
  • Orders will be cancelled automatically if no payment is made within 24 hours upon order placing.
