Exchange & Refund Policy

We hope you will love everything you ordered from us but if something isn't quite right, you can follow the steps below. Please note that evryy does not currently offer free returns or exchanges on the products based on selection error, change of size, or change of mind. 


Each order that is sent out is subject to strict quality inspections during the packing process. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or defective product, if you do, please send us an email at within 3 days of receiving your order, (from the date you receive your parcel) including your order number, photograph clearly showing the damage, and a brief description of the fault. We will review your case and sort you out as quickly as possible. 

Items are deemed to be faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged through wear and tear, accident or misuse are not considered to be faulty. 

If items are deemed to be faulty, you will have the option for a replacement of the item (depend on stock availability), or a cash refund. 


All change of mind / size / selection error orders can only be processed within 3 days of receiving your order, and will be accepted only if items are returned in as-new, re-sellable condition, with the clothing tag still intact. 

Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable and can be deducted from your refund, and the return shipping fees will not be covered. If you wish to exchange, an extra RM7.00 re-shipping fee will apply for West Malaysia, and RM 14.00 for East Malaysia orders. 

When you have logged your return application, we will advise you of all the costs that will be deducted from your refund. 


Our exchange and return policy is only applicable to item(s) purchased online and delivered within Malaysia, within 3 days of receiving of your order. 

  • We currently do not offer free returns and exchanges (except if you receive defective or wrong items). 
  • Shipping costs will be borne by evryy if you receive defective or wrong item(s).
  • Return and exchanges can only be done one time within 3 days of receipt. 
  • To be eligible for an exchange and return, all items must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact). 
  • We recommend you to opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. evryy will not be responsible for the loss of a returned parcel. 
  • All promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable. 


  • Please note that all items shall be exchanged only once
  • Exchanges are available depending on stock availability of the product. In the event that your item is not available for an exchange, a refund (less relevant shipping costs) will be issued accordingly. 


Products that are returned should be in new, unwashed condition with original tags attached. Please return the items in the original packaging where possible, or packed securely in your preferred packaging. 

Please use a reliable and trackable delivery service, and provide us with the tracking number once you have initiated a return. Please not that evryy will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit. 

Once we've received your item and confirmed that it's in its original condition, we will reach out and ask for your bank details to process the refund, less any deductions, within 7 business days. 


  • Once we receive your returned item(s), it will go through a quality check to ensure that it's in good condition and complies with our refund policy. This can take up to 48 hours.
  • The refunded amount will be credited back using your original payment method. 
  • Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please allow up to 14 working days for your account to be credited. If you do not receive your refund after 14 working days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information. 


To initiate an exchange or return, please complete the following steps:

1. Send us an email at within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your order, and include your order number, photograph clearly showing the damage, and a brief description of the fault.  

2. Pack the item(s) into the original shipping packaging and send it to the stated address within 5 days of approval. Kindly share us the tracking link of your parcel once it has been initiated. Please hold on to your shipment tracking slip until you receive confirmation that your return has been processed. 

3. Receive refund after the return has been approved. Refunds take up to 14 working days. 


  • evryy reserves the right to limit or refuse any claim(s) that does not meet our standard return policy, the right to vary or amend of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. 
  • In any case of dispute, evryy reserves the right of final decision.


  • White, light-coloured items
  • If exchange/return initiation period has passed
  • For sale products 
  • If there are traces of washing and wear, contamination or odours, such as perfume
  • If there are signs of damage for the purpose of intentional refund
  • In the case during return that the item(s) are not packed in good condition, or causing item(s) or component(s) to be lost or damaged
